Ballantine’s Stay True Lab: Black Motion x S.P.C.C

On Wednesday the 20th of  September CTVIBES was invited to attend the Stay True Lab at a pop club in the CBD of Cape Town. We braved the cold and got ourselves to the venue as I (Brat) was very interested in knowing more about the partnership between Black Motion and Sergeant Pepper Clothing, while Dudoo was more interested in seeing Black Motion (even though he did not take a picture with them).

This event was quite different from your normal launch of a collaboration between brands. What made it different was that the people got to interact with both Black Motion and Sergeant Pepper Clothing by having a question and answer session that ultimately gave us an idea of how these two brands Stay True to themselves while growing on the daily basis and getting recognition in Africa and Internationally.

Ballantine’s was the drink of the night, and the barristers made sure that they showed off their tricks in making the amazing cocktails, which kept the attendees coming for more drinks and not forgetting the good music jams that the Dj kept dropping, making some of us forget that it was midweek and have work the next day. Lol

Thank you to Ballantine’s for hosting us, and we look forward to their next event.
